Job summary
Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Atlantic County, NJ, is hiring a full-time Asphalt Laborer to support field crews on asphalt and concrete projects. The role involves site preparation, operating basic tools, and maintaining safe, productive jobsites.
You will contribute to installation, repair, and maintenance work across pavement and concrete projects. You will work outdoors in varying weather, travel locally as needed, and join a team that values dependability, safety, and hands-on field
Qualifications
- Experience in asphalt and/or concrete work preferred.
- Must be able to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, repair, and maintenance work.
- Support concrete installation and related site tasks.
- Use basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Help prepare work areas, materials, and cleanup throughout the day.
- Take measurements and support layout or surface preparation as needed.
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions and on active jobsites.
- Follow crew direction and contribute to a strong team environment.
- Maintain safe work habits and follow company safety procedures.
