Job summary

Jebro Incorporated is seeking a dedicated truck driver to efficiently and safely operate a tractor-trailer, delivering asphalt cement and burner fuel to customers. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service in a field operations setting.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, loading/unloading, and maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. The position offers an outdoors work environment and full-time hours with overtime potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer to deliver asphalt cement and burner fuel safely.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and site safety checks.
• Load, secure and unload materials as required.
• Safely operate and maintain truck and equipment.
• Complete load tickets and paperwork as applicable.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers under high stress.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR safety and environmental regulation compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsible for efficient and safe operation of tractor-trailer to safely deliver asphalt cement and burner fuel to customers.

Job Duties

• Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.
• Accurately complete daily vehicle inspection forms
• Perform daily housekeeping on truck
• Safely operate and maintain truck
• Properly load, secure & unload material
• Accurately complete load tickets where applicable
• Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Additional Information
