Housing is traveler’s responsibility, and assignments include ongoing recruitment support from HealthForce Healthcare LLC. Weekly pay ranges from $2,151 to $2,319, with an emphasis on patient safety and high-altitude care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Unrestricted Colorado RN license or ability to obtain before start.
• BLS and First Aid certifications (may be obtained on hire).
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Not accepting any RTO during assignment.
• Healthy at high altitude (8,000 feet) to safely function.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care for geriatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination and discharge planning.
• Document accurately in EHR and follow hospital policies.
• Monitor safety, fall risk, oxygenation, and therapy response at high altitude.
• Adjust care plans based on patient condition changes.
