Job summary

Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking an Applications Systems Programmer II to perform new development and maintain existing systems using modern technologies such as Visual Studio 2019, ASP.NET MVC, and web services. The role requires strong knowledge of OO design, databases, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

Experience with .NET web applications.
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
Proficiency in C# and web development.
Experience building web applications.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform new development and maintain current systems using modern technologies (Visual Studio 2019, TFS, DevOps, ASP.Net MVC, SPA, Couchbase, NServiceBus, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web Services).
