Job summary

Matrix Systems Group is seeking a Software Developer to develop and maintain data systems related to Special Education. This project aims to enhance access to information for policymakers and educators, ultimately improving learner outcomes. The assignment is expected to begin in December – January and last for 2–3 years.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and support large applications. Located in Springfield, IL, offering flexible employment options including contract agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience as a front-end developer with a diverse user base.
• Experience with educational data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing and future data systems for Special Education.
• Rewrite the Special Education Database System.
• Assist with the I-STAR development program.
