Qualifications

• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
• High level physical fitness for field training and movement.
• Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and author comprehensive doctrine to support evolving Special Forces missions and instructional requirements.
• Deliver expert-level instruction to trainees and evaluate their understanding of complex subject matter.
• Prepare and execute complex field training exercises across CONUS environments with supervision and safety oversight.
• Coordinate and brief high-level officials on program status, training outcomes, and mission readiness.
• Safeguard government property and adhere to handling of classified materials.
