Job summary

The Gourmet Castle Inc. in Matthews, NC is seeking enthusiastic kitchen team members for both part-time and full-time roles. You will assist with cold kitchen prep, assemblies, and dishwashing, while supporting event catering and order fulfillment. Reliable, friendly teammates with transportation are encouraged to apply.

Flexibility with schedule and a willingness to help with deliveries and supplies is valued. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cold kitchen assembly including sandwiches, salads, fruit & cheese displays, veggie platters and hors d'oeuvres.
• Cold kitchen prep and general kitchen support including dishwashing.
• Assistance with deliveries and pulling paper goods for orders.
• Take out trash and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements Include:

• Enthusiastic team players needed to multi task
• Cold kitchen assembly making sandwiches, salads, fruit & cheese displays, veggie platters, dessert platters and hors d'oeuvres
• Cold kitchen prep
• Creativity a plus with attention to detail
• All around kitchen assistance including prep work, dish washing, and overall support
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Able to help with deliveries & pulling paper goods for orders.
• Able to help with taking out trash
