Refrigeration Vessels & Systems (RVS), an EVAPCO company, invites experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our Bryan, Texas manufacturing team. You'll fabricate and weld carbon steel pressure vessels following approved welding procedures.

Required: a high school diploma, at least 2 years of vessel fabrication/welding, the ability to read drawings and weld symbols, and to pass a Pulsed MIG qualification. We offer ESOP, competitive benefits, and a stable, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years vessel fabrication and welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• Ability to pass a welding qualification test using Pulsed MIG (GMAW-P) on carbon steel in horizontal and vertical positions.
• Experience with vessel layout, carbon arc gouging, and oxy-fuel cutting.

Responsabilités

• Weld carbon steel pressure vessels and components using approved welding procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
• Lay out, fit up, tack, weld, and finish vessel components.
• Perform carbon arc gouging, oxy-fuel cutting, and other fabrication tasks.
• Verify material identification and maintain traceability throughout the fabrication process.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Work closely with inspectors and quality personnel to ensure welds meet acceptance standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
