Responsibilities

• Create staff work schedules, including substitutes.
• Plan and coordinate events, field trips, and logistics.
• Review timesheets and overtime requests.
• Act as liaison with parents/guardians and collaborate with specialists for student needs.
• Conduct building inspections and maintain inventory records.
• Provide staff training documentation and prepare DHS/MDH-compliant records.
