Compass LLC is seeking an ASL DSP / Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist to empower adults with disabilities in home and community settings. You will teach life skills, support scheduling and advocacy, and lead engaging activities that respect each client’s culture and language.

This role offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• ASL is required for the role.
• Associate's degree or 3 years' experience in human services.
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years) with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test (costs covered).
• CPR & First Aid before hire (paid by us).
• Advocacy and disability rights passion is a plus.

Starting Pay Range: $22.50-$28.50/hr

About the Role:

Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a new, innovative service for adults with disabilities who live with family. As a CFS Specialist, you’ll:

• Teach life skills and support clients in reaching their personal goals
• Help with scheduling, case management, and advocacy
• Lead fun and meaningful individual and group learning activities
• Connect families to community resources
• Celebrate and respect each client’s unique culture, language, and needs

What You’ll Need:

• American Sign Language – Required
• Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!)
• CPR & First Aid before hire (we’ll pay for it!)
• Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!

Schedule:

Work directly with clients in their homes and communities.
