Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time ASL Interpreter for a school setting in Thomas County School System. You will interpret in classroom and school activities to ensure equal access to instruction and services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Responsibilities

• Provide sign language interpreting services for students in classrooms and activities.
• Interpret spoken language into ASL and ASL into spoken English in real time.
• Support instructional understanding while preserving teacher communication.
• Assist in implementing IEP-related accommodations as needed.
• Maintain FERPA compliance and confidentiality.
