WORK Inc. seeks dedicated Community Training Specialists (CTS-Direct Care) in Quincy, MA to support individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. Both full-time and part-time roles are available across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completing hygiene and developing independence.
• Develop and implement individual service plans and program goals.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, guardians and service providers.
• Assist clients in accessing healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyles.
