Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC. is seeking an Account Manager in the United States to build client relationships, grow the customer base, and educate customers on Purple products to enable VRS and P2P calls.

You will be the face of the company in your local community, prospect for new sales, and provide ongoing account management with travel as needed. Ideal candidates have ASL fluency and Deaf Culture knowledge, strong technical understanding of Internet basics, and are able to work from a home office

Qualifications

• ASL fluency and Deaf Culture knowledge.
• Strong technical skills with Internet concepts (firewalls, routers, modems, switches).
• Willingness to travel extensively by car and by air.
• Must reside within commuting distance to a Purple office or work from home with high-speed Internet.
• Sales or customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs onsite and propose solutions.
• Install video products, routers, switches, TVs and cables for Internet and Purple services.
• Deliver onsite and remote training on video relay services and Purple products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the sales territory.
• Maintain accounts using Salesforce.com and other tools.
