Job summary

Viability, Inc. is seeking an Employment & Training Specialist 2 - ASL for Worcester, MA. This part-time role (20 hours/wk) requires ASL, a valid driver’s license, and travel within the region.

You’ll help clients with job readiness, resume development, applications, and job placement, while supporting community employer relationships. Compensation includes $24.76 per hour plus a $20 bi-weekly language stipend and a $500 sign-on bonus, with mileage reimbursement eligibility and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School/GED with 1 year of experience or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in American Sign Language is required.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals identify resources and community supports.
• Develop and service employment relationships with community employers.
• Assist with resume writing, applications, and interview prep.
• Support clients to achieve self-sufficiency through skill-building and job placement.
