Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in ASL.
• Associate’s degree in ASL or Deaf Studies and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of ASL, Deaf Culture, and the educational environment.
• Comfortable with technology including MS Suite of software and Google Classroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct teaching as part of the ASL program.
• Coordinate curriculum updates and support remote/hybrid teaching.
• Outreach to organizations and schools to promote ASL services and Deaf Cultural Competency.
