Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist individuals with ADLs including grooming, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
• Support individuals in community activities, recreation, and social engagement.
• Accompany individuals to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
• Encourage and teach independent living skills, including money management and transportation use.
• Implement and document ISP and track progress toward individual goals.
• Promote communication, self-advocacy, and decision-making skills.
• Support individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing using ASL.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents, behavioral changes, or health concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
