Liver Institute PLLC in Tucson seeks a Certified Physician Assistant to join our team. You will examine patients, collect histories, interpret tests, and prescribe therapy with physician approval while traveling to satellite clinics around Tucson.

The ideal candidate has a valid PA license, strong communication skills, and experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests. Excellent bedside manner is essential.

Responsabilités

• Examine each patient, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important.
• Read test results, interpret data, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results.
• Explain to the patient test results and expected health outcomes.
• Prescribe medication or therapy with a physician overseeing as part of a larger health plan.
• Work closely with the supervising Physician to gain knowledge and learn the practice.
• Traveling will be required around Tucson to cover satellite clinics.

We are seeking a Certified Physician Assistant to join our team! As a Physician Assistant, you will be examining patients, collecting patient medical history, and making tentative diagnoses on minor and major issues. You will also be reading diagnostic tests and reports, interpreting data, taking the time with each patient to explain their test results and medical diagnoses, and prescribing therapy or medication with a physician's approval. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, experience charting in a medical environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
