Job summary

Haynes Kessler Myers and Postalakis is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal to join our Worthington, OH team. This role supports attorneys in handling divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and domestic relations matters, while maintaining organized case files, deadlines, and court calendars.

You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare documents for Ohio domestic relations courts both electronically and in person, ensuring timely filings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in family law or domestic relations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Ohio domestic relations court procedures and e-filing.
• Proficiency in Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor when working with clients.
