Esthetique Dentistry of Ashburn is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our patient‑focused practice in Ashburn, VA. You will support the dentist chairside, manage instrument sterilization, radiographs, and patient education, while maintaining a warm and efficient clinical environment.

Formación

• Experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Certification or completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Radiology certification or X-ray licensure as required by Virginia state regulations.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, compassionate attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms between patients.
• Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed.
• Record patient medical histories and treatment information in dental charts.
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education on oral hygiene.
• Manage dental supply inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked.
• Deliver a warm, comfortable experience to patients throughout their visit.
