Koala Tee Printwear Llc is seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. You will support our crew in all production aspects, from folding to shipping and receiving. This role offers an entry point into the screenprinting industry for reliable, energetic individuals ready to contribute and grow within the company.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. The position involves lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and collaborating with a fast-paced crew

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in a fast-paced production setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Folding and checking print quality.
• Counting garments daily to match purchase orders.
• Stacking, folding, and boxing garments.
• Cleaning as needed.
• Reclaiming screens.
• Assist crew members and run errands as necessary.
• Shipping and Receiving.

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Assistant is preferred but not required
• Understanding of production techniques, concepts, and terminology
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods
