Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with C/C++ and scripting environments is required.
• Experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne IGXL or similar testers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hardware development for probe, final test, system level test.
• Software development for each insert.
• General tool development support.
