• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages used to automate design tool flows.
• Experience with design automation tools and ASIC flow.
• Strong understanding of digital logic and HDL implementation.
• Ability to debug, optimize and document software used in IC design.

Responsibilities

• Automate design tool processes using Bash, Python, Ruby, or TCL.
• Develop complex tools in C/C++ for ASIC design flows.
• Debug tool and flow issues for IC designers across geographies.
• Provide training and support on tools and methodologies to engineers.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to resolve tool-related issues.
• Apply HW/SW skills to create innovative design automation solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation and training for flows and internal tools.
