Key Responsibilities:

• As a Group Service Associate, responsible for providing excellent service to members, BAs and Brokers.
• Provide service to BAs, Brokers and Members
• Answer inbound call inquiries from BAs, brokers and members.
• Using system, answer and resolve issues such as eligibility, enrollment, billings, and benefits courteously and accurately.
• Proactively educate BAs, Broker and members for enhanced understanding on protocols and procedures.
• Consistently meet established productively, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationship with others and contribute as an effective team member.
• Actively seek out improvement opportunities.
• Assist BAs and Brokers on small group renewals
• Proactively make outbound calls to BAs and Brokers of renewing groups for upcoming renewal reminder
• Explain renewal process and assist BAs with necessary renewal forms
• Act as consultant to assist BAs on plan design/benefits changes to meet groups’ needs
• Work with Enrollment Department to ensure renewal with changes is received on timely basis and new benefits are installed correctly in system.
• Enhance relationship with BAs through renewal process to improve group retention.

Required Qualifications:

• +1 years of Customer Service experience
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• Commutable distance to Flushing, NY

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
