Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking an Asian Cook II to prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, with a focus on presentation and quality for guests. The role may involve exhibition-style kitchen work using woks, grills, fryers, and stoves, following prescribed menus.

Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of Asian cooking experience, a Food Handler’s Certificate, and a high school diploma or GED. Culinary Arts training is preferred.
