Job summary

KBR is seeking an Ashore Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee international ashore-based maintenance and supply services for USMC equipment. You will lead logistics, distribution, and maintenance operations, coordinating with multiple sites overseas and ensuring adherence to the contract’s scope, safety standards, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of logistics and operations management experience, preferably in a military or defense environment.
• Secret security clearance required due to sensitive equipment and operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, distribution management, and maintenance processes.
• Experience with COMSEC/CCI and related security protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer hardware and software for record-keeping and reporting.
• Must be able to travel to various overseas locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage accountability, readiness, and sustainment of overseas prepositioning sites.
• Plan, develop, and maintain a program that follows the contract Statement of Work and Marine Corps policy.
• Coordinate Task Order deliverables in support of MCPP planning and execution requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate support for customer requests beyond the Task Order scope.
• Oversee budget execution and allocate resources for overseas sites.
• Develop and enforce administrative and operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate personnel management and support across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Prepare technical reports and address deficiencies; direct reporting efforts.
