Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and supervise patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing difficulties. You will collaborate with families and healthcare teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to staff training and program development.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, and licensure in the applicable state. The role emphasizes professional growth in a therapist-owned, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA Certification is required.
• Licensed in the state(s) where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services per physician orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans and deliver therapy.
• Communicate progress with physicians, managers and families.
• Supervise graduate clinicians and supervise in-affiliating programs.
• Participate in care conferences and inter-disciplinary meetings.
