Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat and supervise patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing difficulties. You will collaborate with families and the healthcare team, maintain detailed medical records and provide staff in‑service training.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA certification is required.
• Licensed in the state where services are provided to practice as a Speech/Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evaluation, treatment and supervision of patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Communicate progress with families, physicians, and healthcare team; document in medical records.
• Instruct and train facility staff; participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Supervise graduate clinicians and comply with licensure standards.
