• Proven experience as a life insurance agent or in a similar sales role.
• Current life insurance license required ( cédula de asegurador indispensable).
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial planning principles.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a plus.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their life insurance needs.
• Present and explain various life insurance policies, riders, and benefits clearly and effectively.
• Develop personalized insurance proposals based on client requirements and financial goals.
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
