Cofer Brothers is a locally owned building materials supplier seeking dependable team members for our Warehouse & Lumber Yard team in Tucker, GA. This hands-on role involves receiving, organizing, pulling, staging, and loading building materials while delivering excellent customer service in a safe, orderly environment.

Responsibilities include pulling and staging orders, loading delivery trucks, stocking materials, operating forklifts when trained, and maintaining cleanliness.

Warehouse & Lumber Yard Team Member

Cofer Brothers is a locally owned building materials supplier that has proudly served our community for more than 100 years. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Warehouse & Lumber Yard team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for helping receive, organize, pull, stage, and load building materials while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and stage customer and delivery orders
• Load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks safely
• Receive, unload, stock, and organize incoming materials
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when trained and authorized

Previous lumber yard, warehouse, construction, or building materials experience is a plus but not required. Forklift experience is also a plus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving building materials. Employees may work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
