Cofer Brothers, a locally owned building materials supplier with over a century of service, seeks dependable team members for the Warehouse & Lumber Yard. This hands-on role supports receiving, organizing, pulling, staging, and loading building materials while delivering excellent customer service in a safe, organized workplace.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-friendly, and willing to learn about lumber and building materials.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and stage customer and delivery orders.
• Load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks safely.
• Receive, unload, stock, and organize incoming materials.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Keep the warehouse, lumber yard, and loading areas clean and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate inventory shortages, damaged materials, or order discrepancies.
• Work with sales, delivery, and other departments to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Assist with other warehouse and lumber yard duties as needed
