Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human cells, tissues, and tissue-based products in a controlled ISO cleanroom environment. This 24/7 role may require overtime, including weekends and holidays, and involves handling potential biohazards and donor verification steps.

The position supports a global nonprofit dedicated to saving and healing lives through donated gifts and collaboration with medical and tissue donation communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Accurately adds, subtracts, measures, and calculates ratios for liquids and powders.

Responsibilities

• Reads, comprehends, and adheres to SOPs.
• Maintain aseptic technique in an ISO cleanroom and handle hazardous tissue waste.
• Complete documentation for processing activities and log data accurately.
• Prepare tissue and environment samples for testing per SOPs.
• Transfer tissue to freezer and ensure traceability of tissue.
• Wears appropriate PPE and follows safety procedures during processing.
