Job Description

The Aseptic Shift Team Lead is responsible for the daily coordination of production activities in the Multi Dose Aseptic area, maintaining environmental standards to ensure regulatory compliance with GMPs and SOPs. This role covers A2 and B2 shifts:

• A2 - 6PM-6:30AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday
• B2 - 6PM-6:30AM Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & every other Saturday

Responsibilities include:

1. Accountable for production line labor utilization, material loss, and safety.
2. Real-time document review, coordinating breaks and line turns, ensuring material availability.
3. Developing and circulating documentation for manufacturing, packaging, testing, and inspection in compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
4. Analyzing production data to identify trends and issues.
5. Performing aseptic room sanitization, basic equipment operation, inspections, testing, and cleaning.
6. Assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.
7. Line setup and troubleshooting of equipment, including CIP, SIP, and Line Setup processes.
8. Performing duties of Tech I - Tech III and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years production experience or 2 years with prior leadership; project experience a plus.
• Aseptic certification required or ability to obtain it; Bachelor's Degree can substitute experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP transactions.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and ISO 9002; GMP environment experience preferred.
• Experience in an Aseptic Production environment preferred and meeting Tech III requirements.
