Job Description

The Aseptic Shift Team Lead is responsible for the daily coordination of the production activities in the Multi Dose Aseptic area, ensuring environmental standards are maintained to comply with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs.

This role covers the A2 and B2 shifts:

  • A2 - 6 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday
  • B2 - 6 PM to 6:30 AM, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & every other Saturday
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for labor utilization, material loss, and safety on assigned production lines.
  • Perform real-time document review, coordinate breaks and line turns, and ensure availability of materials for subsequent batches.
  • Develop and circulate documentation for approval related to production of filled products, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMPs.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and resolve issues for efficient operations.
  • Perform aseptic room sanitization, basic equipment operation, in-process inspections, testing, and cleaning.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  • Set up lines and troubleshoot equipment, including CIP, SIP, and line setup processes.
  • Perform duties of Tech I - Tech III and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years production experience or 2 years with prior leadership; project experience is a plus.
  • Aseptic certification required or ability to obtain it; Bachelor's Degree can substitute experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP transactions preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and ISO 9002; experience in a GMP environment preferred.
  • Experience in an Aseptic Production environment preferred and meeting Tech III requirements.
