You will oversee two aseptic units and a specialist biotherapy service, guiding a large multidisciplinary workforce and driving improvements while maintaining GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and professional leadership across two aseptic units.

• Collaborate with Pharmacy Preparative Services and MMPS to balance capacity and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement and innovate in aseptic preparation and biotherapy services.
