Novo Nordisk is seeking a Training Specialist for its Clayton, NC site to lead on-the-job, skills, and classroom training within the FFEx expansion program. You will help design and implement new training programs, and conduct audits to measure effectiveness across production areas.

You will monitor trainees, retrain staff after process changes, and coordinate with production managers to execute training plans. Strong focus on documentation, KPI reporting, and safety compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering training programs in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and implement standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with office software required.

Responsabilités

• Assess employee training & job competencies.
• Ensure new employees are adequately trained before working independently.
• Ongoing validation of employee competencies and refresher training as needed.
• Coordinate with production managers on training plan execution and priorities.
• Weekly planning to ensure resources for training cycles.
• Document training materials in QMS and ensure proper filing.
• Track and report KPIs related to training.
• Communicate training status to management.
• Keep department documents current and standardized.
• Ensure data integrity of on-the-job training documentation.
