Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and ensure line quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Record data as required (charts, process adjustments).
• Perform Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitize equipment.
