Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a skilled technician to assemble, operate, and monitor aseptic equipment in a validated manufacturing environment. The role requires following SOPs and GMPs, with emphasis on cleanroom practices and accurate documentation.

You will work with advanced systems including Vial Washers, Filling Machines, Isolators, and Lyophilizers, ensuring quality and sterile processes while collaborating across departments to maintain production flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Able to move heavy equipment and work with hazardous materials.
• Must understand, speak, and write English to follow SOPs, specs, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, operate, and monitor aseptic equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Operate advanced HMI applications and basic level machines.
• Load and format parts into washers, sterilizers, and filling lines.
• Maintain gown qualification when required and monitor microbiological activity.
• Coordinate with MQA, Maintenance, Metrology, Engineering, and Microbiology teams.
