Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Media Prep Technician in Fort Dodge, IA. You’ll be trained in setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment, document work, and integrate LEAN principles into daily practice while producing vaccines that meet cGMP standards.

This 3rd shift runs Monday–Thursday, 8pm–6:30am. You’ll perform aseptic processing, monitor inventory, and support batch records and safety requirements, collaborating with teammates to ensure quality and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 4 years' experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years' experience, or a related Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and automated management systems is required.
Ability to read, interpret and follow batch records, quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform aseptic process duties and verifications per BPR and cGMP.
Operate and train others on production equipment; manage inventory transactions.
Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and in-process quality checks.
Follow safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
Create and update SOPs and write deviation reports; complete training.
