Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated seeks a Media Prep Technician for the 3rd Shift (Mon-Thu, 8pm-6:30am) to support aseptic production, documentation, and LEAN integration. You will contribute to safe vaccine production meeting all quality standards, with responsibilities across batch records, equipment operation, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years’ experience or Associate’s Degree plus 2 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or related field.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Electronic Management Systems.
• Ability to read, interpret and conform to batch records, Quality and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processes and related production tasks per batch production records and cGMP standards.
• Operate and help maintain production equipment and ensure availability of equipment and materials.
• Use electronic inventory and management systems for transactions and record-keeping.
• Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring and in-process quality checks.
• Follow safety rules and maintain appropriate safety practices.
