Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years – Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4+ years – Experience in position
• 4+ years – Experience managing people/projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule manufacturing activities to meet production goals
• Supervise manufacturing group leaders and hourly staff
• Ensure GMP, safety procedures, SOPs and company policies are followed
• Monitor production schedules and equipment performance
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and direction to team members on a daily basis
• Maintain batch records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
