Job summary

Niagara Bottling located in Temple, TX is seeking an Aseptic Production Operator II to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aseptic manufacturing processes. You will monitor blow molding and filling equipment, maintain sterility, and assist with training junior operators while following cGMP and safety protocols.

The role requires experience in aseptic environments, ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and strong attention to quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Technical High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Preferred: knowledge in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic block equipment (blow molding, filling) and monitor CCPs to maintain sterility.
• Perform cleaning, sterilization, and routine maintenance of aseptic equipment under supervision.
• Document production activities and quality checks; adhere to cGMP and safety policies.
• Assist in training junior operators and provide guidance as needed.
• Communicate issues clearly and participate in safety programs; follow LOTO and PPE protocols.
