Job summary

Ossium is hiring a Clinical Production Operator I/II for HPC Marrow production at our Indianapolis facility. The role operates in a fixed day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 30 min lunch) with no nights. $24-$27/hour, with overtime eligibility.

No degree required for Operator I; training provided. You will work in a biosafety cleanroom producing hematopoietic progenitor cell product for patients with blood, immune or orthopedic diseases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Operator I has no degree requirement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management; adaptable priorities as we scale toward production.
• High attention to detail for accuracy and quality; reliable and consistent work.
• Great work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork.
• Operator II requires at least 2 years of hands-on aseptic manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks in cGMPs in an ISO 7 cleanroom.
• Receive donor vertebral bodies; bone preparation and marrow recovery.
• Aseptic processing and real-time batch documentation.
• Maintain cleanrooms and production suites; environmental monitoring support.
• Prepare reagents and manage material flow; accurate inventory in system.
• Collaborate with coworkers to troubleshoot equipment and processes; mentor as needed.
