Job summary

Nestlé's Gerber Products Company in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a skilled technician to support aseptic processing and filler operations. You will set up process skids, monitor product flow, and troubleshoot alarms to maintain sterile production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months relevant work experience.
• Preferred: 3 years in food manufacturing or other manufacturing setting.
• OJT and classroom study recommended to properly educate operators on Aseptic processes as well as advanced Filler and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Aseptic Processing operations by setting up process skids for recipe specific parameters and product flow, monitor processing operations, complete all processing documentation, and troubleshoot process failures or alarms.
• Maintain and complete all In-Process Quality checks according to the QMS as well as complete all quality documentation and record results in Zontec.
• Maintain Aseptic Filler operations by setting up Filler for recipe specific parameters and product flow as well as monitoring filling operations, completing all processing documentation, and troubleshooting process failures and alarms.
• Housekeeping and sanitation in the area, including CIP, COP, SIP; ability to switch between cleaning and production; attention to detail; occasional physical exertion.
