Job summary
Novo Nordisk's PS AM facility in Clayton, NC seeks an industrial maintenance professional to identify issues and improve reliability of process systems. The role supports operations to minimize downtime and handle low to moderate complexity issues in the assigned process.
The position reports to the Manager and requires a hands-on approach with maintenance, data recording, and adherence to safety standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
- Experience with automated records systems such as SAP is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
- Restore function to equipment in an effective and technically correct manner.
- Participate in Event Response and support maintenance activities.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned process equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and control equipment, systems, and processes.
- Support system and equipment reliability improvement projects.
- Record and review production data in Batch Production Records and forms.
- Follow safety and environmental requirements.
