Job summary

Werfen in Norcross, Georgia, seeks a Production Technician to support vialing, labeling and packaging operations in a clean-room environment. You will perform startup/shutdown, documentation, and quality checks while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum knowledge & experience: High School Diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in aseptic/clean room environment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Move, store and inventory supplies per department specs.
• Perform counts and document manufacturing activities accurately.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and ISO/FDA guidelines relevant to operations.
• Provide clear handoffs and shift-status communications to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Complete training and qualification requirements as assigned.
