Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support aseptic formulation, sterile filling, inspection and packaging, ensuring quality and efficiency in a clean room environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of cGMP, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. Training will start in an 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, moving to 12:00pm–8:30pm after onboarding, with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulated production environments, or sterile manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced setting
• Collaborative mindset and team focus
• 1+ years' experience in a cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized work for formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and packaging to maintain product quality and efficiency
• aseptically perform manual filling in compliance with cGMP and lean clean room procedures
• Follow and improve SOPs and batch records to ensure accuracy and traceability
• Inspect materials and products at the source to identify defects and prevent rework
• Maintain materials and finished goods using visual management and traceability systems
• Identify and report improvement opportunities related to equipment, workflow, safety, and yield; support root cause analysis
• Monitor deviations or abnormal equipment operations to minimize downtime
• Support calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Participate in 5S and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Perform material handling and equipment check-ins using automated systems
• Adhere to safety and compliance requirements and mitigate hazards
