Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support aseptic manufacturing and labeling operations in a clean room environment. You will assist with equipment setup, packaging, sampling, and documentation to ensure quality in sterile processes.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, proper aseptic technique, and daily readiness for fast-paced production on the line. High school diploma and willingness to train are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document production activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a clean room with gowning requirements.
• Set up and operate labeling equipment for pre-filled syringes and vials.
• Set up and operate semi-automatic packaging equipment for pre-filled syringes.
• Perform in-process sampling, testing and inspection on the packaging line.
• Assist with syringe filling/stoppering equipment setup and cleaning.
• Prepare equipment and parts for sterilization and aseptic filling.
• Maintain aseptic technique in ISO 5-6 environment.
• Follow SOPs and production records to ensure correct quality.
• Participate in hazardous waste training and spill response.
• Other duties as assigned.
