Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related leadership experience or 4 years in pharma manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Corrected near‑point vision 20/30 required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned manufacturing operations including compounding and packaging.
• Report operational status to management daily.
• Provide cGMP and safety training for personnel.

Skills

Leadership or supervisory experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of cGMP regulations

Experience in aseptic areas

Education

Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry or related hard science
