Job summary

ROIS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated individual for an Aseptic Manufacturing Operator role. You will help manufacture sterile injectable products and follow strict SOPs in a GMP environment.

The ideal candidate embraces documentation, quality, and compliance, with 1+ year in a regulated setting. Training will be provided, with a focus on safety and long-term growth. This on-site role requires the ability to stand for long shifts and lift 20+ lbs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a GMP-regulated, cleanroom, healthcare, laboratory, or similarly controlled environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly.
  • Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where documentation and compliance are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manufacturing of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products.
  • Follow detailed SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom environments, including walls, ceilings, floors, equipment, and work areas multiple times throughout the day
  • Complete accurate documentation and production records.
  • Handle materials and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Participate in training and development to build technical manufacturing skills.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $24.00 - $31.25/hourly *Depending on experience*

We are seeking a motivated individual interested in a career in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an Aseptic Manufacturing Operator role where we are willing to train candidates who have experience working in cleanroom, sterile, healthcare, laboratory, or other highly controlled environments.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows procedures exactly as written, takes documentation seriously, and understands the importance of quality and compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting.

  • Support the manufacturing of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products.
  • Follow detailed SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements.

  • Eager to learn, receive coaching, and develop a long-term career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing 20+ lbs.
  • Comfortable performing extensive cleaning and sanitization activities throughout the day.
  • Able to work while wearing required cleanroom gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.
