Job summary

Grifols is seeking technicians for the 2nd shift in Clayton, NC. Responsibilities include equipment setup, aseptic processing, cleaning, and real-time documentation in a biologics production environment.

Tech I/II will operate fill-related equipment, handle materials, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating with a production team. Lifting up to 50 lbs and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong math and mechanical aptitude in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Able to operate in an aseptic production environment with strict hygiene rules.
• Experience with documentation and log maintenance in production.
• Proficiency with SCADA/industrial control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for a biologics processing environment.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization and load/unload tasks per SOPs.
• Transport loads using forklifts or other equipment.
• Maintain real-time production records and logs.
• Monitor computer control systems during production activities.
